Photoshop Elements 10: Guided Edit options missing.

My Full Edit is working just fine...however, when I click on Quick or Guided Edit, the options for editing are all missing.

(These are the edits that come up on the right hand side.) I don't know if I clicked on something to make them go away...but

I have tried clicking on, "Reset Panel" a few times thinking that might work...but nothing has changed. Any idea on how to get

the editing options back on the screen? Thanks!

Please try below solutions and see if it works

1.Go to  C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\10.0\Editor and delete everything there.

    2. Try launching with anti-virus off or removing PSE from conflicting list.

    3. Log on through the admin account.

    4. Repair permissoins for the disk and see if  it works

You won’t find AppData on the Mac; that’s a Windows folder.

On the Mac hold down the three keys Cmd+Opt+Shift whilst launching the editor app and agree to delete settings. Then wait whilst Elements re-builds the prefs.

This is actually kind of a duplicate post. Many posts in the latter part of this thread, so that people don't waste time suggesting things Keri has already tried:

Keri, it's just what you've been doing, unless you totally ignored everything in the other thread before your post: Double click this file while holding down command+shift+option:

Hi, I'm having the same problem with photoshop 11.  I tried holding the commond, shift option keys while loading the editor but it's not working.  Any other ideas?

PSE 11 works differently. To delete the prefs there, go to the Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Editor>Preferences and click this button, then restart the program. No keystrokes needed:
