Not able to Download Ordered Adobe Acrobat Professional XI after 30 days of receive the order?

I have paid for and received a download like for Adobe Acrobat Professional XI more than 30 days ago. However I was not bale to download it in this time. Now since 30 days have passed I am not able to retrieve my order and download it? Please let me know how I can download the software I have paid for?

    You can download the trial and activate it with your serial. Other than that contact support and have them release the download quota again.
