I have a lab that is running Adobe Premiere Elements 9 with DeepFreeze (always restores to last saved state on reboot). I've been getting told that every so often someone will open a video project and the program will ask for the serial number or to continue trial, but as soon as I restart the computer it is back to being properly activated.
The kids using the software are basic users, so they can't be deactivating the product in the Help menu as it's greyed out.
Has anyone had an issue with Premiere Elements reasking for a serial number after product activation?

With licensing on a network, you will be best served contacting Adobe Customer Support, as they should be able to help you.
My guess is that DeepFreeze is playing some role in this, but as I do not know the program, that's just speculation on my part.
