Everytime I try to update the keywords I always get an error and then Bridge shuts down! Very frustrating! Any suggestions?
I'm using windows 7, 16GB ram, 64-bit... Intel I7-3520M @ 2.90GHz
Last night I tried to add a keyword tag to about 12 pictures. I highlighted the pictures, clicked on the keyword... a few seconds later i see this message pop up (Adobe Bridge CS6 has stopped working... windows is checking for a solution to the problem... A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.) and Bridge CS6 shuts down!
You said you tried resetng preferences. Were you sucessful? Did you get reset window?
Try looking at the Event Log. In the applications section for BRidge see if you can find Faulting Module. THat is where problem lies.
For event log check the OS Help file.
Curt - thanks for your time and suggestions!
The reset was unsuccesful for either BRidge or Bridge (64). IT still did the same thing - closed the program down!
