Most crashes are casued by drivers. GPU, printer, scanner. Also look at 3rd party fonts and add ons.
To really get to the cause you need to look at the crash report, although few people can read an Apple version.

First thing to try is holding down option key while restarting Bridge and choose to reset the preferences (and purge entire cache might also be a good option to try).
