How do you Remove a "Razor Cut" created from Multi Cam Monitor

I have 3 cameras that I am doing a multi cam edit.  Using the Multi-cam monitor I have made my camara changes, however at the end I switch from Camera 1 to Camera2 and really don't want to.  I just want to stay on Camera 1 and fade out.  How do I remove a "razor cut" to Camera 2 that the mult-cam monitor placed there when I switched camera angles?
