Change Brush cursor with JSFL?

I'd like to change the cursor for the brush to the precise cross-hair cursor. In Photoshop, you can change you cursor to the precise cursor. I'd like to do the same in Flash.

Can someone suggest a way to do this? On Windows? In Mac OSX?

Would it be possible to accomplish this with JSFL?

you can use jsfl to create custom tools for flash but you cannot create all the tools available in photoshop.
