Bought new laptop, but seriel number is now locked out.

Just bought a new workbook, Mac Air. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks, I registerd it to the laptop ok,  and then the sign came up on lauch to get application manager today, a new version.

 

I downloaded that and it says PS CS5 is already on two computers.

 

But it's only on my desktop! So now the laptop is locked out.  what happend?

    Only Adobe Customer Service can help with activation issues like this, so call or chat with them.  As long as you bought things from Adobe, or an Adobe Authorized Reseller then your serial-number should be ok, unless, of course, you posted it somewhere.

    ok Did 40 mintues with chat. He said he fixed the licence, but the issue is the same so I'l now have to call support next week. Adobe really knows how to do a number on their cients.

    So called Adobe and it's a 5 hour wait on the phone. The Indian chat guy never emailed me a case number as he said he would.
