Can Elements 6 be upgraded to Elements 11?

    Yes you can upgrade from any version.

    Upgradation does not mean that your current version will change to new one. If you upgrade, you can have both Elements 6 and 11 running on same computer.

    Upgradation just helps you to buy the new version at a discounted rate, because you own earlier version as well.

    You may need your Elements 6 serial number. You can also buy the boxed version from nearby store.

    Yes you only need to have owned a previous version to qualify for upgrade pricing. But shop around because during the holiday period sometimes the full boxed product is heavily discounted. For example Bestbuy have been offering the PSE/PRE combo for 70 bucks and Amazon also have a Black Friday sale with heavily discounted prices, but they sell out quickly. The upgrade version and full version are identical so purchase whichever is cheapest.
