Help! I own PSE 9 and downloaded the trial version of PSE 11. Did a "Guided" edit, great. Then went on to explore the other edits (which worked great) and then went back to the "Guided" edit only to have all the options on the right hand of the screen missing. I also remember seeing at the bottom right of the "Guided" page, and Instant edit option and now that is gone. I believe I may have accidentally turned something off, but can't figure out. Please Help! Huge thanks!!!

Thanks 18qwer for getting back to me, however, this did not bring the "Guided" edit options on the right hand of the screen back. I did it four different times, each time restarting my computer and saying "yes" to "do you want to delete settings". Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
Tks hvadav for getting back to me. Yes, the "Guided" option is at the top, but when I click on it, the adjustment options for the Guided options are not on the right side and missing. I did the CtrlShiftAlt at the Menu, said "yes" to remove settiings, rebooted in and still no options on the Guided screen. Did this 4 times. I checked the internet and the same situation occurred by another viewer in Nov. and she had to remove her new version of PSE, clean up her disc and re-install it. Yikes, i hope not to have to do this. I sure hope I've explained this, I'd love to use the Guided options. (FYI, I have PSE9 also installed and don't want to remove it and I'm using the trial version of PSE 11). Huge thanks!
First off, thank you both for all of your great suggestions. Just went to
ProgramData\Adobe\PSE\11\Locale\en.us and then saw just:
. Support Files
the Workflow option was missing!!! I believe you have found the problem (yeah). Should I now remove the entire PSE 11 trial and then login and download the trial again? Huge help!!
P.S. I downloaded some free actions from the suggestions on Adobe and I think they did something to the Workflow Panels. The actions didn't work either and I then removed them.
Well did you say Plug ins, I think you went to wrong location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 11\Locales\en_US
ProgramData is a hidden folder in Windows. You can open in by typing %programdata% in Start.
I currently have my paid PSE 9 and the trial version of 11 installed. Just want to confirm that you think I should keep the 11/trial and PSE 9 installed, download the trial again, then remove the previous trial version. Is this correct? Sorry, but I just want to make sure I'm doing this right. Again, thanks!!!!
Yes, I followed your great instructions and the new trial version is working. I believe the problem occurred when I added free actions from a site that Adobe recommended (can't think of the exact name, but it's something like JPS).
Can't thank you enough for your help!!!
