Encore missing in 5.5 master collection?

Hello,

 

very strange, I can't find Encore on my PC... I thought I had installed all applications of CS 5.5 (win7), but Encore is missing.  When I "try to deinstall" the Suite the entry for installing Encore is missing, too:

Can anyone help?

    Disc or download?

     

    I have CS5 from disc, and everything installed

    I don't recall this issue previously. Contact customer service; no charge for installation assistance.

    Yes, of course

    And yes it was  a "paid" download version, not a trial.

     

    But I hope to the CS6 suite soon...

     

    I am working with 5.5  for any length of time, but only in previous versions (all installed from disc) I used Encore several times. And now I am wondering why Encore isn't installed...

    It is possible to deselect it during installation. Try reinstalling, and when you get to the section for custom install, deselect all but Encore. That may work.

    But "reinstalling" gives me the choice for installing Encore:

    Hmm, now I have an error message -- maybe the same error as the first time and the reason why Encore is missing...

    That is progress. There are logs that provide info on the error. I would call Adobe.

    5.5 is history -- now I have 6.0 and had no problems during installation
