Is there a known issue with the About hover text not displaying in Firefox?

I am using RoboHelp HTML 10, Windows 7, IE9 (default browser), and Firefox 16. My output is WebHelp. The hover text (About WebHelp) for the About box displays in IE9, but not in Firefox. Is there a fix for this?
