RSS?

i honestly don't know how that would work-- you certainly wouldn't want your RSS feed to be filled up with every editing action :) but being able to spit out RSS feeds for certain kinds of updates could be handy (discussions, etc). any thoughts?

    Dear Mr. Hero -
    The current application supports pretty good notifications (check the file menu) - which granted are not close to RSS - but that might be a good place to put RSS style notification.
    Would that make sense as a user? We already discern between a variety of user actions and fire off Notifications only when specific events occur.
    Thoughts?

    aha, i didn't notice that notifications menu. that's awesome! and very useful. and yes, i would agree that that would be the place to provide RSS feeds, with the same kinds of options. but since you already have notifications, imho the RSS is more of a 'nice to have' feature. (it makes a good web 2.0 checkmark feature though ;) )
