I beleive itust be applied to each clip individusally or can it

be applied to all simultaniouly.

When is the besty time to apply it?

You can apply the same effect to several clips on the timeline at once.

Select several clips on your timeline and drag your effect onto one of them. The effect will be applied to all of the clips you've selected.
