I can´t install Photoshop Elements 10 correctly

I have a big Problem.

 

I will install Photoshop Elements 10 on my Windows 7 PC.

 

the installation aborts before it is finished.

 

What can i do?

 

Please helpe me.

    can you tell us more about the error you are getting while installing

    The installation phase is terminated simply because of an error.

     

     

    Installation process is terminated just before:

     

     

    required shared technologies to be installed after the installation of Elements organizer reset and now the installation of Photoshop Elements 10 also.

     

     

    The following message is displayed. Unfortunately, this is in German.

    I copy the installation folder to C: \ and install again. Right?

    Yes you can create a folder say "PSE10" in C:\ and then copy the installation files.

    This avoids any permission related conflicts while installing since the s/w is present in the root drive.
