Can't quite fathom in the css what is causing the lists– bulleted & non-bulleted– to appear white.

How can I fix this?

    div a {
        color: #FFFFFF;

    }

    Give the <ul> of your bulleted lists a class and style on that:

    <ul class="myclass">

    ul.myclass li a {

    color: #01559B;

    }

    On the the other page, you haven't used an unordered list.  If it were me, I think I would but if you don't you would need a different way to style the non-list listed items.

    div#watermark p a {

    color: #01559B;

    }

    Might do it.

    Lines 568-574 in your press.php page:

    <style type="text/css">

    div a{
    color:#FFFFFF;
    }

    </style>

    This makes any a tags (hyperlink markup) to appear in white. Remove this.

    You also have another place where you've defined for hyperlinks to show in white.

    Lines 548-554 - same code, repeated:

    <style type="text/css">

    div a{
    color:#FFFFFF;
    }

    </style>

    If you remove both these bits of code, your hyperlinks (now showing in white) will show in black as defined in styleSheet.css file, line 41:

    a {

        color: #000;

        text-decoration:none;

    }

    Resources page, same thing, Lines 414-420 as well as 434-440:

    <style type="text/css">

    div a{
    color:#FFFFFF;
    }

    </style>
