CS6 Reports a Crash

Dec 5, 2012 11:41 AM

I'm on a Mac in Snow Leopard. When I quit CS6 I always get a message that it crashed, even though I quit properly using the menu bar. Also, when I want to save an image as a JPEG, I have to use JPEG2000 to get the jpg designation. When I choose plain JPEG as my choice, the iff designation appears following the image name. What is going on?????

I think you must have copied Adobe-supplied plug-ins from an older version of Photoshop.  That's not a valid thing to do.  You need to undo that.
