GREP question: Keeping all [\u]\d[\u], deleting the rest

I would like to know if anyone could give me a hand with the following GREP equation
I only want the FSA codes (first three characters a canadian postal code) in this document.
All FSA codes are made up of: one letter, one digit, one letter
Example: A1A
How do I find and delete everything that is not [\u]\d[\u] ?
