CS5.5 & CS6 Code Inspector Preferences

DW CS5.5 and CS6 Code Inspector does not remember the settings such as Word Wrap, Line Numbers, Syntax Coloring, etc. It often resets all these options (make them disabled.) This is really winding me up as I have to enable them again and again.

 

This has never happened for pre CS5.5 DW and I think this is a bug. Anyone experiencing the same issue?
