I installed Disk 3 of Elements 10 on my iMac as instructed. After "Done", I inserted Disk 4, but nothing happened. Am I done?

Yes, you are. The other disks only contain content and tutorials. Refer to this:

Install Premiere Elements, Photoshop Elements
