CS6 H264 Blu Ray Export Dolby Digital not bitrate selection Issues

Hello,
if we try to export in H264 for Blu Ray Format and switch to Dolby Digital the bitrate selection vanishes from the setting:
But if we deselect the audio export and select it again the bitrate can be set correctly.
Seems to be a small error in the media encoder CS6
