I just purchased the upgrade version of CS6. I am currently using CS4 but am getting a new computer shortly. Do I need to load CS4 on the new computer in order to install the upgrade of CS6?

Hi gmzpatch,

You need not have CS4 installed to install CS6 (Upgrade). The serial numbers for both the old and the new version will suffice.

During the installation of CS6, the installer will prompt to enter the previous version serial number as well as the current version serial number.

Enter the respective serial numbers when prompted and it should be fine 🙂
