I have photoshop element. Need not to be dependent on home computer for access to photos and would like to download directly to adobe so that I can work on photos from any computer. Do I need to upgrade photoshop, buy bridge? thanks
If I understand your post, there isn't anything directly in any current version of PS or PSE that would do this, but it's simple enough to do. Adobe would like you to start an account with Revel, their paid subscription service, or you could just get a free Dropbox account and store images there. They would be available to all your devices then. I've only done limited testing of using dropbox with organizer, but it seems to work fine.
a little more information on Revel and platforms:
Adobe Revel is a Cloud based photo hosting service accessible via a free app for your Mac, iPad, and iPhone. You can download the Revel app using the same Adobe ID associated with your Photoshop.com ccount. See "Working with Adobe Revel". With the app, you can upload, download, and share files, as well as edit photos.
You can access a web version of Revel at www.adoberevel.com. The web version of Revel includes almost all the features of the Revel app except the ability to edit your photos for Mac and Windows. Android users can download the Revel Importer. Revel Importer is not a full version of Revel but it does give you a way to import the photos on your Android phone into your Revel photo library.
