Latest FULL ENGLISH version of Photoshop CS6 for downloading

I leave in Monaco and would like to buy the FULL ENGLISH version of Photoshop CS6, for downloading in my computer. I was not allowed to do it through Amazon.com because it is only for US residents, and cannot buy it from Amazon.co.uk because they do not include Monaco in the list of countries. Please help. You can buy the European International English version from Adobe directly.
