Does anyone know how to bulk change all caps to lower case
when the caps lock gets hit by accident?
Depending on the situation it is now. Where is it gone wrong?
If you have bulk settings to Metadata panel in Bridge easiest way is to copy paste it in Word or other text app and use the option to redo caps to underscore, copy again and past in the selected files. But can you give an example of what you mean?
i mean WHEN I'M TYPING HERE AND ACCIDENTALLY HIT THE CAPS LOCK.
Bridge has no option to change characters to underscore as a dedicated text application as Word does offer. Hence my first suggestion. Don't know how many different info you have added but files with same info in same field can be altered in one go by selecting all those files.
If you have a lot of different files and caps lock info you also might try to ask or seek for a dedicated script in the Adobe bridge scripting forum, there are a lot of helpful and kind people that can provide you with more information about this.
But if it is not that much it is best to bite the bullet and start over again, usually a quicker method then the time it takes trying to find out an alternative ![]()
