I am trying to install an old Photoshop CS Ver.8 on my new Windows 7 Home Premium OS but it tells me it's a trial Version?? It installs perfectly and works fine but informs me it is good for only 29 more days?? I bought this program new years ago. I have installed earlier versions incase it needs previous DLL's but that didn't help. Any ideas??? I can't find any company contact numbers...

Wouldn't matter. Experience has shown that they won't be willing to help you get Photoshop CS working on a modern OS. They'll just say it's incompatible and that you need to buy a new license.
R_Kelly has hit on the right concept, I believe.
Do you have UAC enabled on that system? It may be that there is an incompatibility between UAC and the manipulations of system-level files the licensing facility needs to do.
Have you tried running it As Administrator?
