CS6 update required!

I am spending hours on hold to try to get my authorised upgrade from Adobe Design Premium CS5.5.5 to CS6.

 

I missed out last July on other updates as I could no longer afford the call charges! This time I intend to persist in spite of Adobe's poor attitude to their customers.

 

My case number is 209703477. I have been holding now for nearly anopther hour (after you failed me last Friday when I was on hold for 3 hours!!).

 

Can you get me my update for CS6?

    Do you have the serial number for your CS6?  If so, you should be able to download the CS6 trial, then use your CS55 and CS6 serial numbers to install the upgrade.
