Unable to update Flash Player for tutorials

I tried to go to the Tutorials and it said I had to install the Adobe flash Player, I did and somehow it does not complete its installation. When I select another tutorial I get the same message...

Do you have the latest version 11.5?

I have just discovered that aa Dell representative, while trying to help me, disconnected the "Adobe Add-On"
All is well now. Thanks for you responses!
