I downloaded an extension, PSKiss Photogram for Photoshop CS5. I have successfully installed it through Extension Manager where I can see it is installed. I also have checked in the Program Files (x86)>Adobe>CS5ServiceManager>extensions and it is present there as well. However, when I open up Photoshop CS5 and go to Window, the Extension menu is grayed out and nothing is present or even available for me to click on. I have tried many things but I can't seem to get it to work.

In Edit>Prefrences>Plug-Ins do you have Load Extension Panels checked?

(restart photoshop after you check the box)

Did you try unistalling the extension to see if the extension menu becomes available again?

There should be several default listings under Window>Extensions such as Mini Bridge and Kuler.

Just a thought, but do you have an Image Open in PS?

    Good luck,

This post made me interested in looking at the extension.

Their web site colour scheme makes the site almost unreadable - there is extremely poor contrast between text colour and background colour.

I enlarged the text and was then able to read it of a fashion.

I know my eyesight is not necessarily the best but it really frustrates me that web designers are so obsessed with "trendy" design that they forget the basic need of a web site to be readable (particularly if it is a commercial site).

I have also sent them a message directly about this.

OK - now I will jump down off my soapbox !!

    Cheers

    John
