Div flush with top of page

I've found out that you have defualt browser values that can effect the layout of my page, i've been trying to get a Div flush with the pot of the browser.
If anyone could help me here i'd be really thankful.

This is what i've got so far and it all works perfect expect its not reaching about 5px to the top



if you look near the top left/right you'll see the small space thats annoying me to no end. xD
