Does the download of PS CS6 include both 64bit and 32bit versions?

I downloaded PS CS6 right after CS6 was released. I now have a plug-in that only works on the 32 bit version. The one I have installed is the 64 bit. I cannot remember is during the installed I was given an option. Was that a choice when I made my download choice?
