Default to RGB

Hi all! I'm new to CS6. How do I make all new files always start as RGB files as opposed to CMYK? I couldn't find this online or in the preferences. Thank you so much!

    I just figured it out. Basically, when you create a new file, you choose RGB from the pop up window that appears. From then on, it opens up the same.

    No, you shouldn't do that. Rather: select a document profile like "web" or "Basic RGB"
