Why can't I "import media" to organizer

Why can't I "import media" to organizer from a folder by right clicking the folder placed on a second harddisk in the computer. "Import Media" is dimmed.

System 7 and PS Element 11.

    Import Media is only normally dimmed in the Organizer folders, if an external drive or network is not connected.

    This is a matter of course.

    My second harddrive is build into my computer, so it should be connected at all time (-I hope).
