Cannot install Adobe Air 3.5 as system does not recognise any administrators.

Which operating system are you using? What specific error message are you receiving?

Hi Jeff
The op system is Vista 32 bit. The message is that an error has occurred which prevents the update being installed - refer to administrator in case the update is blocked. I am the administrator and no such block is applied.
