How can a user reinstall Flash cs6, if it contiually crashes upon launch, using the creative cloud service.
Yeah, my system info at the moment won't help solve the problem, I have to contact Adobe because the cloud doesn't allow the user to re-download an install on to the same system at the moment.
But a far as the crash, there were no error messages, the program crashed upon launching and no error message was provided.
ArtOlive01 we most certainly allow users to remove the software and reinstall on the same computer with a Creative Cloud subscription. What error message are you receiving when you try to reinstall? How did you remove the previously installed version? Finally what operating system are you using?
Ok, I did not uninstalling AIR, it prevented the creative cloud from allowing me to re download/installing Flash. I am currently using Windows 7, and back to the problem of the program failing to launch.
