When program crashes upon launch downloaded from the from cloud

How can a user reinstall Flash cs6, if it contiually crashes upon launch, using the creative cloud service.

    they want you to use a hard line install...not wireless

    We cannot know. You are not providing any system information nor any error messages/ warnings the crash may produce.

    ArtOlive01 we most certainly allow users to remove the software and reinstall on the same computer with a Creative Cloud subscription.  What error message are you receiving when you try to reinstall?  How did you remove the previously installed version?  Finally what operating system are you using?

    Moving this discussion to the Flash Pro - General forum.  ArtOliver01 the users in this forum may be able to provide assistance with your current launch difficulties with Flash CS6.  Do you receive any specific error messages when you try to open Flash?
