How many times can I download elements 11 on disc

I bought photoshop elements 11 and installed it on my new laptop (disc) and I'm needing to take my new laptop back and I'm wondering if I'll be able to download it again on my newer laptop...

    You are allowed two activated installs. If you are returning your laptop and don't need PSE on it anymore, go to Editor>Help>Deactivate to free up that activation for future use.
