It's not clear what you're asking, onelane.

Which templates? Disc templates? Instantmovie Themes?

And what do you mean you keep losing them? Where are you looking for them?

What operating system are you using? How fast is your processor, how much RAM do you have and how much free space is on your hard drive?

I am missing the disc templates. When I click on the Disc menu tab, there are only 6 to choose from.

If I uninstall and then reinstall, I have more. For some reason, after I close Elements and open at another time, I can only access the menus mentioned above. I am running Win7, AMD 6 core processor, 3.30GHz 8GB mem and I have over 300GB free space on my system drive.

Did you install the program from a disc in the boxed set or from a download?

Original install was from box set, next was from download, last 2 from box set. Clean installs (last 2)

It's not clear what you're saying. Please try to be a bit more detailed in your answers.

If you have a Mac, did you install discs 3 and 5?

If you have Windows, did you install discs 1 (or 2, if you are running Windows 7 32 bit) and disc 4?

What operating system are you using?

What do you see if you go to C:/Program Files\Adobe\Premiere Elements 11\DVD Templates\Common?

You have not properly installed your Additional Content. Try installing disc 4 again.

You can also download it from here:

http://www.adobe.com/special/premiereel/downloads/

If that doesn't work -- and assuming you've registered your software with Adobe -- I'm not sure what to tell you. Unless there's something unusual about your configuration that you've not told me.

I inserted disc 4 and got the message that the content was already installed & I would need to uninstall before I proceded. This is the same message that I recived the other times I reinstalled. The content, however, is not being installed in C:/Program Files\Adobe\Premiere Elements 11\DVD Templates\Common\, but, C:/Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Premiere Elements 11\DVDTemplates\Common\.
