question Windows 8 and Organizer 10

I just bought a new PC with windows 8 and Photoshop elements 10.0 .  The PC has 6GB memory 1TB hard disk.

Photoshop is setup to go right into Organizer.

 

After  closing organizer, I can't  restart it without restarting the PC.

    Can you try turning off the media analysis from the organizer.

    1.Launch Organizer.

    2. Press Ctrl + K to launch Preference dialog.

    3. Go to Media-Analysis tab.

    4. Uncheck all optins for Auto Analyzer.

    Tried this and still have the problem.

     

    After closing Photoshop Elements Organizer, when I go into Task Manager, there is still a "Adobe Photoshop Elements 10" still running.   The PC is set up to go "Always Launch Elements Organizer Only".

     

    On my home PC which is running Windows 7 with Photoshop Elements 10, I don't have the same problem.   On the windows 7 PC, I don't see a  "Adobe Photoshop Elements 10" under Task Manager.
