Green background is flickering between green and black on my video

The green background on my AVI video is flickering between green and black, there are also big outlines of green around my cubes, yet I haven't included any effects or touched any settings, simply just put my AVI video into the workspace, why is it doing this?

Even when I add a keylight effect the green becomes transparent, but there is still a black flicker, just as shown in the video.

Please help, and please see the video I recorded as an explanation.

We know nothing about your system beyond that you are using AE CS4 from what it looks like. Likewise, we don't know anything about your footage, your comp settings, your keylight settings and so on... And your animation seems to come from a 3D program, so I'm wondering why even bother doing it this way instead of rendering it with Alpha?
