SO HOW do I distribute this to my collaborators who are on the other side of this great nation to be installed on the provisioned test devices that are ALSO on the other side of this great nation?

would recommend testflight, its free and it is really great for distributing ad-hoc builds, you could also send them the ipas and make them sync through itunes. (Which was the only way to put mobile air builds on devices before 3.4)
