I just finished an image in Indesign and viewed my saved PDF in Acrobat Professional and this is the color difference that I saw:
Strange... Anyone know why? I'm hesitant to send this to my client because I am afraid that it won't be the right color on her end either...
Thanks for any help you can offer,
Are you sure it's the wrong color? Are there spot colors or duotones involved here?
Yes, I'm sure it's the wrong color.
I don't know if there are spot colors or duotones involved... If there are, I didn't set them up. I've worked with this file many times before and have never had an issue like this before...
In InDesign, turn on overprint preview to compare.
The colors are the same weird grey color when I turn on overprint preview in InDesign. But when I view the saved PDF with the "Quick Look" feature in the the Mac Finder, I see the correct colors...
I also forgot to mention that the mountains look blurry in the saved PDF. But when I view the image with Overprint Preview in InDesign, the mountains look fine.
What is the color mode of the label image?
Waht is the transparency blend space? (Edit > Transparency Blend Space)
Is suspect transparency on the page, a mismatch, and export to a flattened PDF version.
