Rollover image black line in internet explorer

All works fine in Chrome.

In IE, the rollover images 'Canada' 'England' 'United States' in the second row show a black line underneath when hovering. No problem with the rollovers in the top row 'Home' 'Index' etc...

Any idea's how to fix ?

New to Dreamweaver...

Hello,

I think that you need to validate your code first.

A quick look shows that you have a stray element (</td>) in your head section that shouldn't be there:

<link href="Templates/knifton.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
</td>
<script type="text/JavaScript">
