Play videos in Presentation Mode?

Is it possible to put ID CS6 in presentation mode and play the videos? I'd like to present a slideshow directly from ID--thinking that the h.264's & flv4's will play better than they do when exported to interactive PDF.

    Playing videos within InDesign requires that you either use the Media panel or use the SWF Preview panel. Essentially, you're temporarily creating a SWF file which is being played. That's not what happens in presentation mode.

    Thanks for the reply, Steve.

     

    That sounds like I cannot play the videos while trying to do a presentation directly from within ID. I think you’re saying I have to exit presentation mode to play them.

     

    Looks like I’m stuck with exporting an interactive PDF.
