I have issue pop up " An error occurred trying to read the link xxx.psd" in cs3

when I open illy cs3 I got issue like this picture
I ckeck Apply to all and Repair and nothing to happen
I ckeck Apply to all and Replace and nothing to happen
when I ignore and replace link one by one results nothing to happen
OMG What happen
I test many computer*
Hi-res link and Low-res link
I got same results.
Anybody have ideas how to fix it
and this issue when I open illy cs5
this issue is random of my file sometime open done , sometime I got pop up "The file is not readable"
