Flex 4.6 iOS and Android softKeyboardBehavior pan not working

Hi, I am developing an app for both Android and iOS the apps softKeyboardBehavior pan function not working.
I have tried changing <softKeyboardBehavior>pan</softKeyboardBehavior> but it didnt yeild and result. The google searches didnt yeild and cluse either.

I would be great if you could give point me in the right direction.
