Brush + pen tablet question

I'm using a bamboo pen tablet. Everytime I use a round brush to creat a curvy line, the line looks sort of calligraphic in some areas. I don't know how to fix this. I don't want it be calligraphic. Here is an example of how it looks:

Here is my brush settings that I'm using:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    What brush do you actually use?

    That's a known issue. Happens in tight curves. You can fix it by adding points in the curve.

     

    Can be done by adding the effect Roughen to the stroke (the first option being 0)
