I just purchased Creative Cloud. I am logged in to the right account. But it will not let me download the files, all it says is "Up to Date" even though I have none of these apps installed on my computer anywhere. Please help me ASAP
Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and try again. You can also download the apps from the CCM website/ use the trial versions for install.
