Having upgraded to PS10 last year (from PS7), I find that I am unable to print from either editor or organiser.
A Fault message reads " The following images will be rendered at less than 220dpi at the requested print size".
Same message with all print sizes. The printer works perfectly with all other software and is a HP 895Cxi.
Thanks
Laurie Brooks
I do ignore it but it still refuses to print.
Laurie

I ignore this admonition routinely without deleterious consequences.

Laurie,
Have you been able to print from PSE in the past?
Is this a relatively new printer for you?
Do you have the latest drivers for the printer? Check on the HP web site.

Have now checked the HP website and the correct driver is installed.
Any other avenues? Perhaps uninstall and reinstall pse10?
If so, how do I reinstall?
Thanks
Laurie

Try to reset preferences to default:
Step 1. Hold down the Alt + Ctrl + Shift keys as you click on the icon to open Elements. When asked if you want to delete the settings file, say yes.
Step 2. Reset the preferences as above.
Step 3. Close Elements and let the file regenerate.
If this does not work, can you borrow a printer of recent vintage, to see if it will allow you to print from PSE?
As for reinstalling, do you have the disk?
