is photoshop separate program to premiere elements?

yesterday I purchased and downloaded the phtotoshop and premiere elements 11 bundle but I only seem to have premiere elements?  are they separate programs as when I tried to select photo organizer in premiere it says to download trial version

    Yes, they are separate programs. Are you sure you purchased the bundle? If you have a serial number for PSE (it will begin with 1057), then you can just download the trial and enter the serial number into that.
