Align Palette doesn't show even when checked in "Window" dropdown.

My Align Palette doesn't show anywhere when I check it from the Window dropdown in Illustrator.  I restarted the computer and even opened a new document.  Still doesn't show.  Help, anyone....

    Bucho,

     

    You may try to temporarily increase the resolution of your monitor and see whether it has sneaked out of (the normal) view. If it has, you may drag it into the midlle, and reduce the resolution again. There may be some mess to clean up.

    In the normal scheme of things the Transform/Align/Pathfinder are usually shown together as a single window
